Charity Ticket Request Form

Our organization is happy to donate a number of tickets every year to non-profits in the area; however, due to the volume of requests, we cannot grant every one. Please read the requirements below before completing your request.

• Must be a 501(c)3 organization within the state of Kentucky
• Must be 6-8 weeks prior to the event
• Minimum of 500 event attendees
• Tickets are not available for any UK Athletics Events
